You can easily send your receipts and invoices via WhatsApp or email. We do the rest. We are transparent and communicate clearly and in understandable language. This makes us accessible to every freelancer.

Can I come to you for my IB declaration?

Yes. For subscribers, the IB declaration for your company is included in the package. We also prepare the IB declaration for freelancers who do not have a subscription. We charge fixed rates for our packages, but for freelancers who do not have a subscription, we work on an hourly rate. It is therefore useful to check whether it is more convenient to take out a subscription in your situation.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. After the first 6 months you can cancel monthly with a notice period of 1 month. This is because starting up (in the first 6 months) often takes a lot of time.

Do you charge for every question I ask?

No. At De Boekhoud Company you pay a fixed price per month. You can ask your accountant unlimited accounting-related questions.

I have a BV, can I use the services of De Boekhoud Company?

Can De Boekhoud Company also file my partner's IB declaration?

Yes. For clients with a subscription, you pay an additional amount of €150 (excl. btw). If your situation is slightly more complicated due to, for example, the purchase or sale of a home, a divorce, etc., you will pay an additional €50 (excl. btw). For freelancers who do not have a subscription, we work on an hourly.
